  • We are a small organic farm that offers a wide range of overnight lodging accommodations including indoor private rooms, shared indoor spaces, treehouses, school buses, tiny houses, car camping, tent platforms and field camping. We have electrical hookups for RVs and van travelers. There is a spacious main house with wifi, commercial kitchen, and library. There is an extensive trail network for hiking, snowshoe, cross country skiing and mountain biking. There are swimming ponds, a firepit and playground as well as extensive gardens and orchards. We also can provide a wood fired hottub and a 40’*80’ event tent for a fee. The facilities are available for events and retreats.

  • We are located in Dorchester, New Hampshire. We are adjacent to the Green Woodlands Foundation trail network and 20 minute drive to the Rumney Crag climbing area. We straddle the Baker River and Upper Connecticut watersheds approximately 20 minutes from Plymouth NH and the I-93 corridor.

  • We are a third generation farm that utilizes permaculture style principles of land stewardship with food forests and minimal tillage practices. Our staff live onsite sharing work, food and decision making. Our forests are managed with selective cutting and a long term vision of recreational focus. There is a legacy and emphasis on art, community and land stewardship in our daily life

  • Our aim is to provide quality, affordable accommodation options and farm-based recreation. We offer a wide range of sleeping modalities and services designed for families and budget travelers. We consider our guests partners in meeting our goals of land stewardship. The dollars and satisfaction of outstanding guest experiences fuel our efforts to preserve the land for generations to come.

  • We are a farm that is grateful for the revenue that guests provide to our operation. We like to meet people from all over the world and from different backgrounds that visit New Hampshire. We try to treat our guests with the kindness and respect we would hope to receive in our travels.

  • Showers are available by token ($3 per 3 minutes, $5 for 6 minutes). Private room guests in the main house receive 2 tokens per night complimentary. Indoor kitchen usage is fee based $2 per person per use for meal prep. Boiling water and dishwashing is free. If you plan to use kitchen seek instructions especially with gas stove appliances. We offer a wide range of affordable accommodations and services at the farm. Some guests use minimal services or seek the free alternatives like the outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen and therefore pay less. The fee based system allows us to keep prices low for budget travelers.

  • The hot tub is a 750 gallon stock tank, 8’ diameter and depth of 2’. Filling the hot tub and heating it up requires additional staff work. We fire the hot tub about once a month for full moons and special occasions. If your visit coincides with a hot tub night, you are welcomed to join us for a suggested donation of $20-$40 per person. If you would like the hot tub for your group please inquire for cost and availability. Clothing optional after dusk.

  • We have a central firepit at the farm across the street from the main house. We accept donations for supplying firewood for the firepit. There is also grills, seating, covered area for food prep and picnic table at the firepit. We have a shared firepit to encourage music and communal dialogue. Multiple firepits would be a forest fire and air quality concern. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
